The math is simple.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, this isn&#8217;t the story everywhere. Newark&#8217;s superstar mayor Cory Booker has earned the right to brag that his city <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.nj.com\/njv_joan_whitlow\/2010\/04\/newarks_murder-free_month_is_w.html\">went its first murder-free month<\/a> in nearly four decades during March.
