He was also charged with assaulting an officer and resisting arrest, Burbank Police Sgt. Robert Quesada said in a statement. <\/p>\n<p>Flores was placed in a cell about two hours later.<br \/>\nThe following day about 4:50 p.m., a police jailer noticed Flores hanging from a cord. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.<\/p>\n<p>The Burbank Police Department is investigating the incident.
