The remaining assets of San Diego’s Veoh Network, which shut down in February<\/a> after years of litigation<\/a> with Universal Music Group, have been sold to Los Angeles-based social video startup 2Peer<\/a>, according to a report today in VentureWire. Veoh had raised some $70 million from Boston-based Spark Capital as well as Goldman Sachs, Time Warner, Intel Capital, and former Disney CEO Michael Eisner.<\/p>\n
