Riggs said<br \/>\nGiusti was known for engaging in heated political debates with others in<br \/>\n the building.<\/p>\n<p>\n \u201cHe was not one of my favorite people. He had a real attitude<br \/>\nproblem,\u201d she said.]<\/p>\n<p>Charges against the alleged caller have not been disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>\n Several federal officials say the man made dozens of calls to Pelosi&#8217;s homes in California and Washington, D.C., and to her husband&#8217;s business office.
