{"id":520135,"date":"2010-04-08T05:16:07","date_gmt":"2010-04-08T09:16:07","guid":{"rendered":"tag:www.vegan-food.net:\/\/30b52b67e0da6b816eff9262d9516135"},"modified":"2010-04-08T05:16:07","modified_gmt":"2010-04-08T09:16:07","slug":"chickpea-and-tahini-casserole-legumes-chickpea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/520135","title":{"rendered":"Chickpea and Tahini Casserole( Legumes &#8211; Chickpea )"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Daily Random Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><UL><\/p>\n<li>Bunch of spring onions, trimmed and sliced\n<li>2 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced\n<li>1 red pepper, cored, seeded and sliced\n<li>2 young parsnips, peeled and cut into chunks\n<li>1 T olive oil\n<li>8 oz \/ 225 g cooked chick peas\n<li>1 x 14 oz \/ 395 g can tomatoes\n<li>Handful of fresh parsley sprigs\n<li>2 T tahini\n<li>Sea salt\n<li>Freshly milled black pepper<br \/>\n<\/UL><\/ul>\n<p \/><strong>METHOD:<\/strong><br \/>Put the spring onions, carrots, red pepper and parsnips into a microwave safe casserole or large bowl. Stir the oil into the vegetables, cover tightly and cook on full power for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. <\/p>\n<p>\nAdd the chickpeas, tomatoes and their juice and all the other ingredients, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper. Pour in 1\/2 pint \/ 250 ml boiling water.
