Yippee<br \/>\nSkippy.<a name=\"remaining-content\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After the game Ron Washington (We can only assume he has an insatiable urge to be trapped in a &quot;blizzard&quot; right now) was supportive yet veiled when discussing his troubled closer&#8217;s latest debacle. <a href=\"http:\/\/texas.rangers.mlb.com\/news\/article.jsp?ymd=20100410&amp;content_id=9200882&amp;vkey=recap&amp;fext=.jsp&amp;c_id=tex\">From MLB.com<\/a>: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>There could be another save opportunity on Sunday, but it might<br \/>\nnot necessarily be Francisco who gets the call. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;Stay tuned,&quot; Washington<br \/>\nsaid cryptically. <\/p>\n<p>Thursday and Saturday had one other thing in common. <span class=\"ysp-player\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/mlb\/players\/8405\/\">Neftali Feliz<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/mlb\/players\/8405\/news\" class=\"ysp_playernote_icon\" id=\"ysp_playernote_mlb.p.8405\">(notes)<\/a><\/span> preceded<br \/>\nFrancisco to the mound and retired the side in order in the eighth inning. Evidently he&#8217;s still rounding into shape. Still, until he can successfully generate outs, wunderkind<br \/>\nNeftali Feliz could snag a save opportunity or three in the short-term. <\/p>\n<p>After a<br \/>\nrocky Opening Day, the young flamethrower has relaxed, tossing consecutive scoreless<br \/>\ninnings with four strikeouts. Despite his tender age and end-game inexperience,<br \/>\nhe clearly has the stuff to develop into a dominating closer. <\/p>\n<p>Obviously, the torched Ranger, like <span class=\"ysp-player\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/mlb\/players\/7207\/\">Mike Gonzalez<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/mlb\/players\/7207\/news\" class=\"ysp_playernote_icon\" id=\"ysp_playernote_mlb.p.7207\">(notes)<\/a>,<\/span> shouldn&#8217;t be banished to St. Helena just yet. With his manager&#8217;s support, he will be given additional<br \/>\nopportunities to right the ship.
