{"id":524036,"date":"2010-04-12T08:34:30","date_gmt":"2010-04-12T12:34:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.popcrunch.com\/?p=100194"},"modified":"2010-04-12T08:34:30","modified_gmt":"2010-04-12T12:34:30","slug":"jenny-mccarthy-shuts-down-autism-school","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/524036","title":{"rendered":"Jenny McCarthy Shuts Down Autism School"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Model-turned-autism activist Jenny McCarthy is shutting down her academy for autistic children following a series of disagreements with the school&#8217;s co-founder.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.popcrunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Jenny-McCarthy-Autism-School-500x375.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Jenny McCarthy Autism School\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"alignright size-large wp-image-100195\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Just days after revealing via Twitter that she and boyfriend Jim Carrey had split up, Jenny announced that she is closing Teach2Talk Academy, her school for autistic children.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-100194\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cJenny and her partner at the Academy, Sarah Scheflen, had different visions for the school and made a decision to go their separate ways,\u201d<\/em> a rep for Jenny said in a statement late Thursday night.<\/p>\n<p>The rep noted that both women will carry on their work in the fight against autism.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBoth intend to continue on in this important mission.
