He replaces acting CEO Dr Robin Godfrey, who plans to remain at the Company in a business development role.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Bosch GmbH acquired Johanna Solar earlier this year.\u00a0 Prior to launching Johanna, Haberland was a senior sales and marketing executive with Siemens.<\/p>\n<p>Circadian is\u00a0one of a growing number of cleantech companies <a href=\"http:\/\/greenenergyreporter.com\/2010\/03\/geoff-tate-to-take-reins-at-nanosolar\/\" >reshuffling their senior management<\/a> (or <a href=\"http:\/\/greenenergyreporter.com\/2010\/03\/this-week-in-green-energy-cleantechs-revolving-door\/\" >here<\/a>) to grow sales and mature into full-fledged commercial companies.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.circadiansolar.com\/content\/circadian-solar-appoints-new-ceo-drive-expansion\" > In a prepared statement<\/a> Haberland said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The company has reached a point of maturity following extensive technical development. The technology upon which the systems are based is at once robust and innovative, and I believe that it has the potential to make a significant contribution to the solar market worldwide.
