The bid, from Hospira Inc., is worth $141 million, $60 million more than Myriad Pharmaceuticals Inc.&#8217;s previous bid, <a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB10001424052702303828304575179840504794812.html?mod=WSJ_Deals_LEFTTopNews\">according to WSJ.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The private equity firm Cerberus has had its bid accepted by the defense manufacturer DynCorp (DCP.N) for $1.5 billion takeover, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/idUSTRE63B2IZ20100412\">according to Reuters<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>President and Chief Operating Officer Ajay Banga of MasterCard is set to become the firm&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB10001424052702303828304575179592224194802.html?mod=WSJ_latestheadlines\">CEO<\/a><\/strong>. He recently worked for Citigroup, before moving to MasterCard in August 2009.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>California Pizza Kitchen (CPKI.O) is considering selling itself<\/strong>. It has hired investment back Moelis &amp; Company to handle any potential deal, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/idUSTRE63B2FZ20100412\">according to Reuters<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>China&#8217;s foreign reserves are up 25% over last year and are now up to $2.45 trillion<\/strong>.
