Maksim Chmerkovskiy says Kate Gosselin just “doesn’t get” Dancing with the Stars<\/em>.<\/p>\n

In a posting on his TV Guide blog<\/a> on Monday, the outspoken dancer said the reality Octomom who is currently paired with Maks\u2019 good friend Tony Dovolani, doesn\u2019t understand the purpose of the ABC talent competition.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve spoken to Kate, and I don\u2019t think she gets the point of this thing yet,\u201d <\/em>wrote Maks — who is partnered with ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews this season. \u201cThe pain on her face says it all, which is unfortunate.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

“…She has an opportunity that she won\u2019t have again,\u201d<\/em> he continued. \u201cIt\u2019s a chance for her to focus on something other than personal drama.
