The Unimog 6EV can be used to do a variety of tasks from towing an aircraft to a simple transporter. Designed like the cockpit of jet fighters, the cabin provides enough space for two occupants. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2010\/04\/12\/unimog-6ev-_02_krci8_17621.jpg\" alt=\"unimog 6ev _02\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The vehicle runs on six wheels, each of which contains a powerful electric motor that makes this tractor noise and emissions-free. The four real wheels are attached to the driver\u2019s cabin via an axis that allows wider rotation convenience to the vehicle. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2010\/04\/12\/unimog-6ev-_05_HRtSU_17621.jpg\" alt=\"unimog 6ev _05\"\/><\/p>\n<p>To reduce the overall weight of the tractor, the designer proposes use of lightweight materials like carbon fiber, basalt fiber and aluminum.
