I&#8217;m big on having egg whites though! <\/p>\n<p><strong>HF &#8211;<\/strong> Breakfast can be a tricky one but I&#8217;m fond of recommending <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/tag\/smoothies\/\">smoothies<\/a>. Add some fruits and veggies to a blender with water and you&#8217;ve got yourself breakfast. Throw in rice protein, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=greens%20supplement\">greens supplement<\/a> like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=chlorella\" >chlorella<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=spirulina\" >spirulina<\/a> and some flax seed oil and you have yourself a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=superfood\">superfood<\/a> breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>Eggs are a good breakfast too, as is porridge made of grains like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=quinoa\" >quinoa<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=gluten-free\" >gluten-free<\/a> oats. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/2009\/03\/01\/holistic-recipe-of-the-week-veggie-frittata\/\" >One thing about eggs<\/a>, though: Eat the whole thing!. The media has done a great job of convincing us that eggs are bad for us, but they are not. I always recommend eating whole foods and that includes whole eggs! The yolk of the egg contains almost all of the nutrition including the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=essential%20fats\">essential fats<\/a>, vitamin A, B12, D, E, K and folate.
