The man, 32, was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and public intoxication.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Daily Herald of Columbia, witnesses told investigators that the man rode the horse Saturday into a restricted area that had been closed to animal traffic at the county park and was asking pedestrians for beer.
