He discussed the prospects for*repealing Obamacare and the need for something like a new Contract with America, even listing a few conservative principles that should be prominent in such a document. He also talked about his remarks during a recent speech at the Southern Republican Leadership conference where he criticized President Obama as &#8220;the most radical president in American history&#8221;.
