BMW was pretty clear in saying that it won\u2019t be called the M1, since that name already occupies a significant place in BMW history. <\/p>\n<p>Whatever they call it, the idea of a lightweight, de-contented 1 series with more horsepower and a stiffer suspension appeals to me.
