The deal is significant for Dell because it represents the latest big-name carrier that its been able to secure a partnership with since creating a standalone mobile-phone unit <a href=\"http:\/\/moconews.net\/article\/419-dell-creates-mobile-phone-unit\/\" title=\"in December\">in December<\/a>. Other computer-makers, like Lenovo are just getting off the ground with their mobile-phone efforts.<\/p>\n<p>Dell has focused on the hardware while relying on Google&#8217;s Android operating system for the software, and has already introduced products in China via China Mobile and will soon enter the U.S. market through a partnership with AT&amp;T (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.paidcontent.org\/paidcontent?Page=QUOTE&#038;Ticker=T\" class=\"ticker\" title=\"T\">NYSE: T<\/a>).
