In addition to money, sex, glamour and free schwag, you occasionally get asked to do things like drive a race car for charity.  Through the streets of Long Beach. At full tilt.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m down for anything that involves using someone else&#8217;s gas, brakes, tires and paint, especially when I\u2019m expected to drive in full-hoon mode with no repercussions.  I was available this weekend, but sadly, yours truly didn\u2019t make the cut.  We internet journalists just don\u2019t get the respect we deserve, or maybe we\u2019re just not pretty enough for celebrity racing.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-43889\"><\/span>In case you\u2019re curious who\u2019ll be trading paint in race prepped Scion tCs, this years field includes Adam Carolla, Adrien Brody, Anthony Anderson, Brian Austin Green, Christian Slater, Jesse McCartney, Keanu Reeves, Patrick Warburton, Tika Sumpter, Tony Hawk and Zachary Levi.  On the \u201cpro\u201d side of the coin, entrants are Jimmy Vasser, Steve Millen, Tanner Foust and Marty Nothstein.  <\/p>\n<p>Toyota donates $5,000.00 per entrant to \u201cRacing For Kids\u201d, which supports children\u2019s hospitals in southern California.
