Each month I report on the portfolio&#8217;s progress and update its holdings.<br \/>\n<span id=\"more-6225\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>March Dividends Received<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Total dividends received were $120.51 for the month. It consisted of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$7.39 <strong>Vanguard Intermediate Bond ETF<\/strong> (BIV)<\/li>\n<li>$4.62 <strong>Vanguard Long-Term Bond ETF<\/strong> (BLV)<\/li>\n<li>$16.66 <strong>Johnson &amp; Johnson<\/strong> (JNJ) | <a href=\"http:\/\/dividendsvalue.com\/4868\/johnson-johnson-jnj-dividend-stock-analysis-2\/\"><strong>Analysis<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>$16.80 <strong>BP plc<\/strong> (BP)<\/li>\n<li>$8.71 <strong>Emerson Electric Co.<\/strong> (EMR) | <a href=\"http:\/\/dividendsvalue.com\/5258\/emerson-electric-co-emr-dividend-stock-analysis-2\/\"><strong>Analysis<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>$16.15 <strong>United Technologies Corp.<\/strong> (UTX) | <a href=\"http:\/\/dividendsvalue.com\/5562\/united-technologies-corp-utx-dividend-stock-analysis-2\/\"><strong>Analysis<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>$15.47 <strong>Consolidated Edison Inc.<\/strong> (ED)<\/li>\n<li>$18.70 <strong>McDonald&#8217;s Corp.<\/strong> (MCD) | <a href=\"http:\/\/dividendsvalue.com\/4928\/mcdonalds-corporation-mcd-dividend-stock-analysis\/\"><strong>Analysis<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>$10.40 <strong>Harleysville Group Inc.<\/strong> (HGIC) | <a href=\"http:\/\/dividendsvalue.com\/5330\/harleysville-group-inc-hgic-dividend-stock-analysis\/\"><strong>Analysis<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>$5.61 <strong>Emerging Mkts Sovereign Debt<\/strong> (PCY)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The portfolio was up in February, for the year and since its inception. Online earnings in February surpassed the $6,000 mark for the first time. A large portion of the increase is a result of offering one-year subscription option for <a href=\"http:\/\/dividendsvalue.com\/premium\/overview-and-subscribe\/\"><strong>D4L-Premium Services<\/strong><\/a>. In addition to several new one-year subscriptions, many monthly subscribers moved to the annual plan.  Traffic on Dividends Value was lower in February, compared to the January record volume.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>March Dividend Stock Purchases<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The following securities were purchased during the month:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>24 shares <strong>Vanguard Long-Term Bond ETF<\/strong> (BLV) providing <strong>$95.04<\/strong> in annual dividend earnings<\/li>\n<li>46 shares <strong>Abbott Laboratories<\/strong> (ABT) providing <strong>$80.96<\/strong> in annual dividend earnings [<a href=\"http:\/\/dividendsvalue.com\/4760\/abbott-laboratories-abt-dividend-stock-analysis-2\/\"><strong>Analysis<\/strong><\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>100 shares <strong>Leggett &amp; Platt, Incorporated<\/strong> (LEG) providing <strong>$104.00<\/strong> in annual dividend earnings [<a href=\"http:\/\/dividendsvalue.com\/5962\/leggett-platt-inc-leg-dividend-stock-analysis-2\/\"><strong>Analysis<\/strong><\/a>]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Annualized Dividend Income<\/h3>\n<p>Including the above purchases, my annual PCP dividend income is now <strong>$1,320.94<\/strong> at the current dividend rates. This is up <strong>$279.08<\/strong> from last month&#8217;s <strong>$1,041.86<\/strong> amount. The PCP has never had a monthly decline in annualized dividend income.<\/p>\n<h3>Portfolio Returns<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Month: 2.61%<\/li>\n<li>Year-to-date: 4.31%<\/li>\n<li>Life-to-date: 17.96% (annualized)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My <a href=\"http:\/\/dividendsvalue.com\/holdings\/pocket-change-portfolio-holdings\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">PCP holdings<\/span><\/a> are always available by selecting the <a href=\"http:\/\/dividendsvalue.com\/holdings\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Holdings<\/span><\/a> option from the menu in the header.
