Cops in the City of Brotherly Love say Clemmens &#8212; who was already sporting a big, ugly shiner &#8212; made himself upchuck on an off-duty police captain and his young daughter after a friend was ejected from the park for unruly behavior.<\/p>\n<p>What an animal!
