You&#8217;re there, you&#8217;re excited and the only thing you want to do is to go fast, which, and lets face it, is why these tracks exist. Driving what looks to be either a new Dodge Charger R\/T or Magnum R\/T, the owner films himself clicking off a nice 14 second pass on the track, but then proceeds to take his overzealous hoonage back out onto the street. First he passes a semi-truck on the shoulder, then hits the highway and just keeps his foot buried in the throttle to the tune of 144 mph &#8211; only 89 mph over the legal speed limit.
