Toyota is working hard and fast to seek a fix for the Lexus GX 460, which was identified as a “safety risk” by <\/a>Consumer Reports<\/a><\/em> last week<\/a>.<\/p>\n The publication issued a \u201cDon\u2019t Buy: Safety Risk,\u201d which is rarely given by the magazine.
