The split vote brings some doubts into the organization&#8217;s decision to press fraud charges against the firm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/greek-cds-hits-new-high-as-icelandic-volcano-prevents-aid-talks-2010-4\">ash crisis<\/a> is starting to effect the Greek bailout effort with CDS on the country&#8217;s government debt rising because talks have been delayed<\/strong>.
