Just because we can, and for no other reason. Long-time friend of ours Lisa Napoli<\/a> is happy to offer readers free tickets for the Rock Bottom Remainders<\/a>, on tour this week on the east coast.  The Remainders are a bunch of super-famous authors (including Amy Tan, Dave Barry, Mitch Albom, Roy Blount, Jr., Scott Turow and Greg Isles) who’ve collectively sold 150 million books. They tour each year to raise money for various charitable causes, which this year includes Haitian earthquake relief.<\/p>\n

We’ve got ten pair for the dates in each city.
\nAPRIL 21—WASHINGTON, DC<\/strong>: Concert at the 9:30 Club—with special guest Roger McGuinn<\/p>\n

APRIL 22—PHILADELPHIA <\/strong>: Concert at The Electric Factory<\/p>\n

APRIL 23—NEW YORK<\/strong>: Concert at the Nokia (NYSE: NOK<\/a>) Theater in Times Square<\/p>\n

APRIL 24—BOSTON<\/strong>: Concert at The Royale<\/p>\n
