Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70130-1799.<\/p>\n<p>The first caucus of the Illinois delegation will be held at the Marriott New Orleans at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 1, 2010.  Caucus meetings are scheduled each morning thereafter at 7:00 am.<\/p>\n<p>The first NEA RA business session will be held on Saturday, July 3.
