How this file got into the public domain is still uncertain, but the emails, whose authenticity is no longer in question, provided a view into the world of climate research that was revealing and even startling. <\/p>\n<p>In what has come to be known as \u201cclimategate,\u201d one could see unambiguous evidence of the unethical suppression of information and opposing viewpoints, and even data manipulation.
