The Home Office of UK is testing a new type of speed camera that uses satellites to catch cars that are breaking the speed limit.<\/p>\n<p>Known as &#8216;SpeedSpike,&#8217; the system calculates the average speed between any two points in the network and is believed to cover a network of residential streets to enforce speed limit around schools. The system is expected to allow the law enforcement to focus their priorities elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p>The system has been developed by PIPS Technology Ltd., an American-owned company.
