Meanwhile, nearly 56 percent of those surveyed said they are confused about its specifics, including a high percentage of those who support it. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;People are struggling to understand how the law will affect them and their families and to separate fact from political spin,&quot; said Kaiser president and CEO Drew Altman.<\/p>\n<p>While most registered Republicans and Democrats who were surveyed favored their party&#8217;s view of the legislation, the majority of independents disapproved of the law.
