In other words &#8211; be a little flamboyant when you use your phone, it just might get you noticed and get you swag.<\/p>\n<p>Palm says that these roving bands of accessory-gifters could appear in any country. We suppose these &#8216;random acts of wow&#8217; could be pretty sparse, given the wide net. &nbsp;If only Palm had a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.precentral.net\/fyi-pre-reports-your-location-palm\">way of tracking down webOS users<\/a> in the wild to help improve those odds (We KID!
