RIM was happy to announce two new versions of the Pearl smartphone. The new Pearl 3G consists on the Pearl 9100 and Pearl 9105, which we&#8217;ve seen online before. The Pearl 9100 is the new 3G Suretype QWERTY sporting smartphone, and the Pearl 9105 is the 14 key Suretype model, which represents more of a traditional phone keyboard. Both models are expected to launch around the world within the next few weeks. First stop will be Canada will Bell, TELUS and Rogers all will receive the Pearl 9100 in several colors, followed by GSM carriers in the United States&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Want to read more about the new Pearl 3G? It\u2019s as powerful as it is compact. Measuring less  than two inches wide (50 mm) and weighing only 3.3 ounces (93g), it  still manages to pack in support for high-speed 3G (UMTS\/HSDPA)  networks, Wi-Fi\u00ae (b\/g\/n) and GPS along with a powerhouse processor that  drives visually stunning images on the sharp, high-resolution display.
