Parents would receive a voucher for the price of tuition or the state \u201cfoundation level\u201d for education funding \u2014 currently $6,119 \u2014 whichever is less. This is money that would otherwise go to the Chicago Public Schools system. The average tuition at private and parochial elementary schools<\/p>\n
