{"id":543852,"date":"2010-04-26T15:49:57","date_gmt":"2010-04-26T19:49:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.campaignforliberty.com\/blog.php?view=34998"},"modified":"2010-04-26T15:49:57","modified_gmt":"2010-04-26T19:49:57","slug":"nobody-thinks-washington-gets-it-except-maybe-washington","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/543852","title":{"rendered":"Nobody Thinks Washington Gets it, Except Maybe Washington"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By Gary Howard<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zogby.com\/dailynumber\/dailynumber.cfm?ID=22\" >new Zogby poll<\/a> illustrates the frustration, and wisdom, of the general public when it comes to judging the state of affairs in Washington, DC.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>80%<\/strong> That&#8217;s the percentage of likely voters who agree that the people in  Washington, D.C. are out of touch with the rest of the country. Only 19%  disagree and 1% are unsure.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I will take a completely unscientific guess and say of the 19% who disagreed, most were involved with beltway insider business of some sort.
