Arbuckle Professor of Business Administration at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hbs.edu\/\">Harvard Business School<\/a> and chair\/director of the Interfaculty Initiative on Advanced Leadership, has been named one of the \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.goodhousekeeping.com\/family\/real\/women-who-changed-our-world?src=edit&amp;mag=ghk&amp;chan=hp&amp;link=women-who-changed-our-world-PP-M1&amp;click=pp\">125 women who changed our world<\/a>\u201d over the past 125 years by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goodhousekeeping.com\/\">Good Housekeeping<\/a> in the May 2010 issue (released April 13) for the magazine\u2019s 125th anniversary.<\/p>\n<p>She was cited for her \u201cground breaking research on the toll of tokenism, work\/family conflicts, fostering diversity, and the creation of successful organizations,\u201d which \u201chas helped women become stronger, more strategic leaders.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On April 23 she was honored with the 2010 International Leadership Award from the Association of Leadership Professionals at its annual meeting in Fort Worth, Texas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rosabeth Moss Kanter, the Ernest L.
