They are too scared,&#8221; he told <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/idUSTRE63S32220100429\">Reuters<\/a>. &#8220;It is a dream market for a stock picker. It&#8217;s great.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He believes that &#8220;a consensual solution on how to address the debt&#8221; in Greece will be reached soon and it&#8217;ll lift southern European stocks. So everyone should just <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/wharton-if-spain-goes-down-the-entire-global-economy-is-in-trouble-2010-3\">chill out<\/a> with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/if-you-think-greece-is-bad-here-is-what-you-have-to-know-about-spain-2010-2\">negativity<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The closer you get to the Mediterranean coast, the closer you get to hot water.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There are very big banks that, because they are based in Spain, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/next-in-the-crosshairs-portugal-2010-4\">Portugal<\/a> or Italy, people don&#8217;t want to touch them.
