{"id":566774,"date":"2010-05-17T09:59:42","date_gmt":"2010-05-17T13:59:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mobilecrunch.com\/?p=31636"},"modified":"2010-05-17T09:59:42","modified_gmt":"2010-05-17T13:59:42","slug":"leaked-winpho-7-rom-gives-hints-toward-upcoming-htc-mondrian","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/566774","title":{"rendered":"Leaked WinPho 7 ROM gives hints toward upcoming HTC Mondrian"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mobilecrunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/htc-mondrian-leaked-from-rom-cab.png\" alt=\"HTC Mondrian\" title=\"The HTC Mondrian Will Probably Look Better Than This\" width=\"271\" height=\"346\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-31637\" \/>Over the weekend, a fresh WinPho 7 ROM leaked its way onto <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xda-developers.com\/windows-mobile\/breaking-news-windows-phone-7-rom-for-upcoming-htc-device-surfaces\/\">XDA Developers<\/a>, and with it came some juicy information.<\/p>\n<p>The leaked ROM was labelled as coming from a device called the HTC &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Piet_Mondrian\">Mondrian<\/a>&#8221; (a nod toward WinPho 7&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mobilecrunch.com\/2010\/02\/15\/first-impressions-windows-mobile-7-now-known-as-windows-phone\/\">Metro UI<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Since the leak, the studious fellows on the XDA forum managed to <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.xda-developers.com\/showthread.php?t=681659&#038;page=18\">pick apart<\/a> the ROM and reveal some tasty specs, including the image we have here (which could be a basic render of the device, or just a generic place holder. Nobody knows).<\/p>\n<p>But onto the specs!<\/p>\n<p>So far, it has been revealed as having a 4.3&#8243; 480&#215;800 screen (just like the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mobilecrunch.com\/2010\/03\/23\/the-htc-evo-4g-is-sprints-first-4g-superphone\/\">EVO 4G<\/a>), atop a 1.3GHz QSD8650A\/B Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor (which supports UMTS and CDMA 3G), and&#8230; a compass. Beyond that, there&#8217;s very little, just that it probably won&#8217;t have a physical keyboard.<\/p>\n<p>So it&#8217;s early days yet, but with that processor under the hood, and that screen at your finger tips, you can bet that this phone will have a lot more posts written about it in the future.
