Baxter Phillips, Richard Gabrys and Dan Moore, who each served on Massey’s safety committee, will keep their seats on the Richmond, Virginia-based company’s board, six weeks after the explosion at the Upper Big Branch mine where 29 people were killed. Each received a majority of the votes cast at Massey’s annual meeting in Richmond today, the company said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
