However, due to work schedules and then the unexpected death of their son, the years just slipped by and now Ella is seven-years-old and Preston is nearing 50.<\/p>\n<p><!-- AdSense Now! Love, John, Kelly and <\/em><strong><em>Ella<\/em><\/strong><em>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As we can remember, their son <strong>Jett Travolta <\/strong>died in <strong>January 2009<\/strong> after a seizure while the family was in the <strong>Bahamas<\/strong>; he was <strong>16<\/strong> at the time. Travolta&#8217;s story is that his son had<strong> <\/strong><strong>Kawasaki<\/strong><strong> disease.<\/strong> However, it was a mystery on how he really died because as stated at <strong>Gawker.com<\/strong>, Jett had suffered a seizure and struck either the toilet or the wall as he collapsed. He was <em>&#8220;bleeding in several areas<\/em>,&#8221; including his mouth. He had no cuts but did have bruises on his body. Jett had also been bleeding internally.
