Responsibilities:
\n• Develop controller architecture for power converters and all testing activities of
\ncontrol systems
\n• Plan and define scope and requirements; as well as identify potential project
\nrisks and action plans for the project
\n• Mentor and train team members in all technical aspects
\n• Work with specialists worldwide in knowledge sharing and ensure Vestas is in a
\nleading technical position at all times
\nRequirements:
\n• PhD\/Masters in Electrical Engineering
\n• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with the last 3 years in leading
\nresearch efforts
\n• Experience in applying advanced engineering principles and theories to very
\ncomplex engineering problems, and often contributing to the development of new
\nprinciples and theories
\n• Experience in performing electrical power systems analysis, electrical power
\nsystems product development and applications engineering; and\/or a field service
