Responsibilities:
\n• Conduct research on new controller platforms for wind turbine generators (WTG),
\nset roadmaps for control system architecture, as well as create system requirement
\nspecifications and patent new inventions
\n• Ensure the successful execution of research projects and feasibility studies on
\nbrand-new wind turbine controller platforms in terms of functionality, performance,
\ninterface, feasibility and scalability
\nRequirements:
\n• Masters\/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical\/Electronic\/Computer Engineering with 3 –
\n7 years of experience in control system\/PLC development or research (hardware &
\nsoftware)
\n• Good in modular system architecture, networked infrastructure, backplane
\nsystem, SCADA, wireless, optical, fault tolerance, I\/O interfaces, diagnostics, etc.
\n• Research experience in controls design, and working experience in the power
\nand energy industry are preferred
