Here\u2019s a quick explanation taken from the <a href=\"http:\/\/commerce.senate.gov\/public\/index.cfm?p=PressReleases&amp;ContentRecord_id=e1b50585-0171-4661-992d-1435a100a09b\">Senate press release<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Chairman Rockefeller\u2019s bill will help put an end to the deceptive online sales tactics uncovered by the Commerce Committee\u2019s landmark E-commerce investigation. The bill is sponsored by Senators Mark Pryor (D-Ark.), Bill Nelson (D-Fla.), Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) and George LeMieux (R-Fla.).
