His adversary Lee Myung-bak has already announced that retaliations would be limited to a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/south-koreas-will-avenge-torpedoed-warship-by-banning-imports-of-sand-and-fish-2010-5\">ban on imports of sand and fish<\/a> and would involve no military action.<\/p>\n<p>Now war seems unlikely and sanctions may be off the table.
