The officials also chose to stock up on the <strong>Trojan<\/strong> condoms which included the company\u2019s super-size <strong>Magnum<\/strong> variety. They have also authorized teachers or counselors preferably males to distribute condoms to students if the teachers have completed a 30-minute <em>online training course<\/em> called \u201cWrapMC\u201d \u2013 for Master of Condoms. <strong>Squalls<\/strong>, who attends at the <strong>University of the District of Columbia<\/strong>, said \u201cIf people get what they don\u2019t want, they are just going to trash them. So why not spend a few extra dollars and get what people want?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- AdSense Now! The officials changed the usual <strong>Durex<\/strong> to <strong>Trojans<\/strong> since Trojans are the better-known brand to persuade sexually active teens to practice safer sex. And since Trojans were perceived to be \u201cthicker\u201d than <em>Durex<\/em> which was viewed most likely to \u201cpop or break\u201d. <em>Durex<\/em> condoms will still be offered. The city mails up to 10 free condoms at a time to residents who request them online. The city is now offering <em>ladies condom<\/em> blitz. The <em>free condoms<\/em> are also available in more than a hundred locations that included youth centers, barber shops, and liquor stores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shannon Hader<\/strong>, director of the city\u2019s <strong>HIV\/AIDS administration<\/strong>, said \u201cWe want to support the regularization of condom use citywide.
