She stated, \u201cJose was complaining while sleeping and I just thought he was having a nightmare. I called the paramedics, but they couldn\u2019t help him.\u201d He played for the <strong>Tigers<\/strong>, <strong>Royals<\/strong>, <strong>Mets<\/strong> and <strong>Dodgers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- AdSense Now! V1.90 --><br \/>\n<!-- Post[count: 3] --><\/p>\n<div class=\"adsense adsense-midtext\" style=\"float:left;margin: 12px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"pub-0705872009880607\";\n\/* 336x280, created 2\/24\/10 *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"4440161719\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 336;\ngoogle_ad_height = 280;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p><strong>Frank McCourt<\/strong>, owner of <em>Dodgers<\/em>, issued the following statement after Lima\u2019s death, \u201cWe are shocked and saddened to learn of the tragic loss of Jose Lima. Though he was taken from us way too soon, he truly lived his life to the fullest and his personality was simply unforgettable. He had the ability to light up a room and that&#8217;s exactly what he did every time I saw him. His memorable contributions to the Dodgers in 2004 and throughout baseball will always be remembered. Our deepest condolences and prayers go out to his family during this extremely difficult time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Lima<\/em> played for the <em>Dodgers<\/em> for one season.
