Unfortunately for his mother, Murphy was announced dead at the scene when emergency services arrived.<\/p>\n<p><!-- AdSense Now! V1.90 --><br \/>\n<!-- Post[count: 2] --><\/p>\n<div class=\"adsense adsense-midtext\" style=\"float:left;margin: 12px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"pub-0705872009880607\";\n\/* 336x280, created 2\/24\/10 *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"4440161719\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 336;\ngoogle_ad_height = 280;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p>Monjack was the director, producer and writer of the B-movie <strong>Two Days, Nine Lives<\/strong> in 2000. He also received credits for the biopic <strong>Factory Girl<\/strong> about the actress and model <strong>Edie Sedgwick<\/strong>. &#8220;Monjack had nothing to do with the &#8216;Factory Girl&#8217;&#8221;, <strong>Director George Hickenlooper<\/strong> said.
