I\u2019d like to show an improved product rather than just talk about things we might do.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We\u2019re going to be ready to start talking about some of the new things we\u2019ve built this week. I want to make sure we get this stuff right this time.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/WebObjects\/MZStore.woa\/wa\/viewSoftware?id=354152106&amp;mt=8#\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: black 0px solid;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.prisonplanet.com\/images\/february2010\/100210banner1.gif\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Facebooks Zuckerberg Admits Mistakes, Says Hell Address Privacy Outrage This Week 100210banner1\" width=\"335\" height=\"205\" title=\"Facebooks Zuckerberg Admits Mistakes, Says Hell Address Privacy Outrage This Week Photo\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>I know we\u2019ve made a bunch of mistakes, but my hope at the end of this is that the service ends up in a better place and that people understand that our intentions are in the right place and we respond to the feedback from the people we serve.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I hope we\u2019ll get a chance to catch up in person sometime this week. Let me know if you have any thoughts for me before then.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mark<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mark&#8217;s making several smart moves here.<\/p>\n<p>First, he&#8217;s addressing the criticism directly himself, which lessens the perception that he&#8217;s holed up in some bunker somewhere and doesn&#8217;t give a damn what anyone thinks. Second, and more importantly, he appears to be listening to the criticism and fixing the problem.
