After eight years, Cowell will depart television&#8217;s most watched talent show following tomorrow night&#8217;s grand finale, and FOX producers hope Madonna, 51, will join the series&#8217; 10th season as a mentor. <span id=\"more-105908\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A <em>British Mirror<\/em> tattle reports: <em>\u201cSimon is going to leave a gaping hole. Not only is he an expert, he\u2019s also a big star in the US. Everyone agrees Madonna would be great and they want her as a full-time judge.
