Evidently the country&#8217;s roads are known for the kind of highway craziness that would make Miami look conservative. While recently driving his own personal motorcade, Venezuelan president <a href=\"http:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2009\/12\/24\/hugo-chavez-gives-ultimatum-to-automakers-share-tech-or-get-out\/\">Hugo Chavez<\/a> was harassed by a pickup truck whose driver thought Chavez was going too slow. The driver blew his horn and flashed his lights before passing the president on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2010\/05\/19\/video-alex-roy-and-team-polizei-in-the-battle-of-rome\/\">the shoulder<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to reports, Chavez proceeded to personally chase down the driver and reprimand him for being such an ass behind the wheel.
