The person who is threatening the suit?  A 23 year old French woman by the name of Zoe Renault.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I could not bear to hear: &#8216;Zoe&#8217;s broken down&#8217; or &#8216;We need to get Zoe overhauled&#8217;,&#8221; she told Le Parisien newspaper. Quiet frankly, we find it amusing.<\/p>\n<p>Renault had chosen the name \u2018Zoe\u2019 because it means \u2018life\u2019 in Greek.  A spokesman from the company said that Zoe was not a \u2018definitive choice\u2019 for the automaker.
