Elmore Leonard’s hit novel The Switch<\/em> — which first introduced the world to Robert DeNiro and Samuel L. Jackson’s villainous characters Ordell Robbie and Louis Gara — is being adapted for the big screen with the blessing of Tarantino, who will not step behind the camera for the feature.<\/p>\n

The Switch’s<\/em> 1992 sequel Rum Punch<\/em> was the basis for Jackie Brown<\/em>, which sparked a career revival for ’70s sex symbol Pam Grier.<\/p>\n
