An earlier version of the statement gave us the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.precentral.net\/hp-beats-out-4-other-companies-order-buy-palm\">juicy details on the history of the merger<\/a>, this version lets us know when shareholders get their chance to vote on the deal: June 25th at 9am Pacific.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rteleft\">Naturally, Palm&#8217;s board of directors unanimously suggests shareholders vote yes on the deal.
