VSP409"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The vibration welder VSP409 has been designed and manufactured using the most updated technologies. The vibration is circular. Contrarily to the existing common welders, the motion is got through the unbalancing of the shaft, that has a particular geometry. This is very important, as the customer can do the fixtures by himself. The mechanical and electrical solutions allow to work in good conditions and with a wide of regulation possibilities, fitting the welder to the most various welding problems.<\/p>\n<p>The welder structure is very strong. The basement and the column are in painted steel. The motor that drives the central shaft, is a Brushless type with the innovative electronic placement set. The movement of the vibration head is pneumatic, controlled by a proportional valve and it takes place on high precision prismatic guides and with important mechanical characteristics.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most important feature of this welder is certainly the cycle control system completely run by a microprocessor.
